I’m a physical therapist, athletic trainer, working mom of three, and the voice behind the podcast Everyday Ergonomics for Working Moms. After years of working in outpatient physical therapy – and navigating the physical demands of motherhood myself -I realized something was missing: moms weren’t being taught how to care for their bodies while caring for everyone else.
Now, I help moms support their bodies through small, intentional changes that fit into real life -at work, at home, and everywhere in between. My approach blends clinical expertise with practical, everyday strategies to help you move through motherhood with more comfort and ease.
